We use information to respond to enquiries, discuss and deliver assignments, administer our business and meet legal obligations. Our lawful bases, as applicable, are steps requested before a contract, performance of a contract, legitimate interests in managing enquiries and our services, and legal obligations. Where we rely on consent, you can withdraw it.

Information may be processed by hosting and email providers and, where necessary, authorised advisers or assignment partners. We do not sell personal information. We restrict access and use reasonable safeguards. Any overseas processing must have the applicable data protection safeguards.
How long we keep information
We keep information for as long as needed for its purpose, taking account of ongoing enquiries, assignments, contractual requirements, legal record-keeping and the resolution of disputes. Information is deleted or anonymised when no longer needed.
Your rights
Depending on the circumstances, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction or portability of your information.
